Interested in making a positive impact on your community that will last years? Sign-up to join the Community Forestry team to plant over 106 native trees and add to the urban tree canopy in the Near Southeast neighborhood! Thanks to your participation, the trees you plant will bring the benefits of cleaner air, carbon mitigation, and stormwater retention to Indianapolis communities. The tree planting demonstration will begin at 9:05pm the latest, please be sure to arrive to find parking ahead of the start time to ensure you learn how to properly plant a tree.

Safety: We highly recommend wearing weather-appropriate clothing and close-toed shoes. We always recommend bringing a reusable bottle for water but we will have disposable cups available if needed. KIB will provide tools and gloves.
Parking and Facilities: TBD, please check back for important parking details.
Transportation Information: IndyGo Bus #13 stops at Minnesota St & Villa Ave, which is a 6 minute walk from the project site.
