Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Event Coordinator to oversee and execute event planning initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional who can coordinate various aspects of events while ensuring smooth execution. The Event Coordinator will play a critical role in managing logistics, team coordination, and ensuring each event runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events of various sizes and formats.

• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budgeting.

• Develop and maintain event timelines, checklists, and project plans.

• Assist in recruiting and training event staff and volunteers.

• Ensure compliance with event permits, regulations, and safety guidelines.

• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events.

• Monitor event progress and provide real-time problem-solving solutions.

• Conduct post-event evaluations and recommend improvements for future events.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination or planning.

• Strong knowledge of event logistics, vendor coordination, and budgeting.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
