Womenful Voice is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager who is well-versed in U.S. labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in shaping our workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to attract and retain top talent.
