We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and emotional support for at-risk youth. Responsibilities include responding to crisis calls, de-escalation, safety planning, resource referrals, recruiting and training beneficiaries in suicide prevention strategies. Candidates must have a Prevention Specialist certification or a degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, with experience in crisis intervention. Strong communication skills and flexibility for on-call shifts are required.
