REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE:

*Provide KCCB with the completed City of San Jose Waivervia KCCB Google Forms prior to the event. No waiver, no participation.

*Must acknowledge that you are 15+ years of age and you are here on your own time, and if you are under 15 years of age that you will have an adult responsible for you , with you during the event.
