Volunteers Needed
Hospice Compassus is looking for reliable volunteers to make weekly phone calls on Thursday mornings in our Albuquerque office. These phone calls go to our patients and their family/caregivers to make sure thaty have all meds, supplies and equipment needs met and that patients are "Tucked In" for the weekend.
Patients and their families will get used to your calls and look forward to them every week. These calls give them an extra sense of comfort knowing that we are taking extra stepps to meet their needs on a weekly basis.
You must be able to navigate listening to patient concerns and complaints if any arise. A background in customer service can help navigate any of these moments.
