Kaiser Hospice is seeking a certified pet therapist to visit with hospice patients in Santa Clara, north San Jose, Saratoga, Cupertino. Visits would be 2-3 times per month (or more, if pet therapist is available) in skilled nursing facilities where we have hospice patients, and occasionally at a hospice patient's home.
We require applicants to view a training video to learn about hospice, and also to authorize us to complete a background check. Pet therapists are also asked to do a drug test and complete a TB test at our employee health services clinic. NO cost to you. Thanks for considering.

Kaiser South Bay Hospice Program provides holistic care for patients who live with a terminal illness at home. Our medical team offers a patient-centered care plan designed to help all family members as well as caregivers.
