Join us on April 16th from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM for a heartwarming and celebratory event at the Transplants for Children Award Ceremony! This special afternoon will feature fun games, delicious food, and an inspiring awards ceremony where we will honor the remarkable children and their families who have shown incredible strength and perseverance throughout their transplant journeys. We are also excited to present scholarships to support their future endeavors. It’s a time to celebrate, connect, and uplift one another.
