We at Florida Grand Opera are looking forward to another exciting show this April: Carmen by Georges Bizet! This an extra special production, as it is being directed by Maria Todaro, General Director of Florida Grand Opera.
We are looking for volunteers to help in the front lobby area. There are a wide range of positions to be filled: directing/greeting patrons, helping at activity stations, set-up/clean-up, etc. The performance days and locations are as followsBroward Center for the Performing Arts

Description
Florida Grand Opera, the oldest performing arts organization in Florida, celebrates its 83rd year of continuously producing grand opera during the 2024-25 season. The mainstage operas of the season include Mozart's The Magic Flute on ; Donizetti's The Elixir of Love on ; and Bizet's Carmen on.
Founded in 1941 as Greater Miami Opera and later merging with The Opera Guild Inc. in 1994, FGO presents a mixture of standard repertoire and contemporary works as well as commissions and new productions - all featuring projected translations in English and Spanish. Performances occur in the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Miami as well as the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale.
