A fun, family-friendly event celebrating the end of the school year and the start of summer! This event aims to create a space for families to connect, laugh, and play together while enjoying the beginning of summer with love and joy.
Volunteers will play a key role in making the event fun, safe, and welcoming for everyone!
Families with children 8 and under will enjoy crafts, games, and outdoor activities, including a bounce house and a delicious community meal.
Volunteer Expectations
Expect to help create an immersive learning environment and two-way dialogue with participants.
Participate in strengthening connected bonds between Brilliant and attending guests.
Create lasting memories in a unique and enjoyable setting that families will remember fondly.

Brilliant Detroit is dedicated to building kid success families and neighborhoods where families with children 0-8 have what they need to be school ready, healthy and stable. We do this by providing proven programming and support year-round out of Brilliant Detroit homes in high-need neighborhoods.
