Commitment: 5-7 hours per week

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social impact? City of Refuge Baltimore is looking for a TikTok Content Creator to help share powerful stories of transformation, hope, and community!
What You'll Do:- Create, edit, and post engaging TikTok videos (3-5 per week) featuring volunteer action, testimonials, and program highlights.
- Capture footage at CORB events or receive footage from our team to ensure a steady flow of content.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends (sounds, hashtags, challenges) to maximize engagement.
- Align content with CORB’s mission and get approval before posting.
- Directly post to CORB’s TikTok account once content is approved.
* Age 18+
* Located in Baltimore or surrounding areas (preferably with transportation for on-site filming).
* Experience with TikTok trends, video editing, and storytelling.
* Passionate about community work and making a difference!
- Build your portfolio with meaningful content.
- Gain hands-on experience managing social media for a nonprofit.
- Make an impact by helping CORB share its mission with a larger audience.
