Spring is here, and we’re getting Gardenview ready to open for the season! Join us for a Volunteer Cleanup Day on Saturday, March 29 to help clear winter debris, prep garden beds, and tidy up the park before we officially open on April 1.
No special skills are needed-just a willingness to lend a hand! We’ll provide a large pot of hearty bean soup and fresh baguette to share as a thank-you for your help. Volunteers are welcome to bring gloves, rakes, or any favorite garden tools.

About Gardenview Horticultural Park
Location:
16711 Pearl Rd, Strongsville, OH 44136, US
Mission Statement
Our mission is the development, evolution and maintenance of gardens made up of rare plants and flowers which provide enjoyment, education and inspiration. At Gardenview, enjoy a natural, cottage-style landscape that appears to have happened by itself.
Description
The sixteen-acre plot of land in the heart of busy Strongsville is an oasis of natural beauty. Originally swampy farmland, Henry A. Ross purchased the property in 1949 and single handedly transformed it into an incredible plot of winding, colorful gardens.
The gardens are funded entirely by admission and generous donations, leaving garden maintenance to two full time employees and seasonal help.
