HireLiving is seeking a dynamic Director of Staffing to drive business development and expand our mission-driven recruiting efforts while serving as a Board Member. This is a commission-only role, ideal for a sales-driven leader passionate about workforce development. We have the employer contacts-you'll focus on building relationships and securing job placements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in sales recruiting
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Develop strategies to grow revenue for our nonprofit's mission(s)
- Contribute to strategic planning as a nonprofit Board Member
- SHRM Certified is a plus
