The bulk of the maternity and baby clothing we provide has been used by others. We strive to provide mothers with clothes that are in beautiful condition, that honor them and their precious babies. To do that, we ensure that they are in new or nearly-new condition. It is greatly appreciated by those who volunteer to work in the office if they don’t also have to take loads of extra laundry to do at home. It is very helpful to have volunteers who are willing to pick up donated clothes and bring them back ready to sort, bundle, and display.

It is the right of every pregnant woman to give birth, and the right of every child to be born.
Description
Birthright of Albuquerque is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), pregnancy resource center that provides free, confidential support to women and their babies, regardless of age, race, religion, or marital status. Trained volunteers listen to the women, help them think through and make decisions that are best for them and their babies, guide them in accessing local medical and social services, and provide free pregnancy tests and essential items for them and their babies. Birthright volunteers are forbidden from engaging in any political activities or lobbying and from promoting any religion.
