Are you looking for a meaningful impact in your community? Bridge Hospice is seeking compassionate volunteers to assist in weekly tick-in calls to our patients. These simple, yet powerful calls provide comfort, companionship, and peace of mind for our patients and their families.
As a Tuck-In Call Volunteer, You Will:
- Reach out to patients weekly to ensure their comfort and needs are met
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Be a reassuring voice, offering assistance with any questions or concerns
- Help create a supportive connection between the patient and their caregivers
