In this role, you will:
- Leverage the Board's skills and resources to achieve community engagement and financial goals.
- Cultivate diverse volunteer leaders for key Board and committee positions.
- Assist in setting and achieving annual mission and fundraising goals.
- Collaborate with staff on the local strategic plan and hold members accountable for their responsibilities.
- Plan and lead board meetings to encourage participation.
- Build connections to help meet revenue and mission objectives.
