Sierra Pregnancy + Health (SPH) is seeking volunteers to make our 2025 Fundraising Gala a sucess!
On April 4th, 2025, we will gather for an elegant evening to benefit SPH's ministry to women and couples facing unplanned or unsupported pregnancies. The purpose of the Gala is to raise funds, introduce new people to the ministry, and share how God is tying families together through SPH's advocacy for life.
We need your help to make this event seamless and enjoyable! The following oppurtunities include:
Greeter (3 hours): Greeting gala attendees, answering questions, and directing people where they need to go. Requires standing. Please wear black tie gala attire. If you can flow into Adult Server right after your Greeting shift, please also sign up for the Adult Server Shift and see the attire.
Adult Server(6 hours): You will receive a brief training on serving food and beverages to guests, overseeing a small group of student servers. Please wear black pants, a white button up shirt, and black closed toed shoes. Dinner will be provided.
Raffle Sales(4 hours): Enthusiastically help guests purchase raffle tickets. Requires standing. Requires a fully charged cell phone. Requires you to download the "Square" App to your phone. You will attend a brief training and dinner will be provided. Raffle shirt will be provided for you to wear. Comfortable shoes.
Registration(3 hours): Checking in attendees, answering questions, providing packets of information, directing attendees where they need to go within the venue. Please wear black tie gala attire. If you can flow into Adult Server right after your Registration shift, please also sign up for the Adult Server Shift and see the attire.
Event Clean-Up (1.5 Hours): Tearing down tables, décor, and loading it into cars.

Sierra Pregnancy + Health (SPH) was founded in 1999 as a free, faith-based pregnancy resource center in Auburn. In 2015, SPH moved to Roseville and became a state licensed medical clinic in response to the growing healthcare and support service needs in Sacramento and Placer Counties. We offer a safe, judgement-free, confidential experience. To this day, services at SPH remain free of charge-funding coming 100% from private donations-accepting no federal or state monies.
