Starting November 7th, 2025 and going through Christmas Eve we're looking for AS MANY volunteer bell ringers as we can find.
Bell ringers at The Salvation Army help us by going to our local stores (Acme/Wal-Mart/Sam's Club/Hobby Lobby/Giant Eagle) all over Summit County to help us raise the donations we need to help us operate all our programs we run during the year.
Those programs include feeding the homeless each day, operating our pantry, supporting our monthly Red Shield community drive-up pantry, operating a low-cost school for parents and their children, and providing after-school programs. It also allows us to provide our Angel Tree program to help give families with younger children a Christmas. These are just a few examples of how we stretch the donations we raise to make the most impact in our community.
If you are looking for something for you, your family, business, church or social group ... this is the perfect place to start.
Reach out to John Kasler at 330.958.2906 (call/text) or email at john.kasler@use.salvatonarmy.org any time during the year to talk about kettles or have someone come speak to your group about ringing bells.
