About Us:SOAR 431 Foundation is dedicated to supporting individuals impacted by Post-Incarceration Syndrome (PICS) through advocacy, mental health services, and reintegration programs. Humanity First Healthcare Solutions provides equitable, trauma-informed healthcare solutions to underserved communities, ensuring accessible and compassionate care. Together, we strive to create lasting social change and empower individuals through innovative programming and strategic storytelling.
Position Overview:The Creative Director will be responsible for developing and executing innovative branding, marketing, and communication strategies to elevate the missions of SOAR 431 Foundation and Humanity First Healthcare Solutions. This role requires a dynamic and visionary leader who can oversee creative projects, ensure brand consistency, and drive engagement across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement compelling visual branding and marketing campaigns that align with the missions of both organizations.
Lead creative direction for digital content, including website design, social media, video production, and print materials.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality storytelling content that amplifies advocacy and healthcare initiatives.
Oversee the creation and execution of fundraising and awareness campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and design.
Manage and mentor a team of designers, writers, and content creators to achieve strategic goals.
Analyze engagement metrics and audience insights to refine content strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all creative outputs adhere to organizational values and messaging.
Assist with event branding, marketing materials, and multimedia presentations for conferences, fundraisers, and community initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends, nonprofit marketing best practices, and emerging digital tools to enhance outreach efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Preferred but not required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the nonprofit or healthcare sector.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video production, branding, and digital storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools.
Experience with website management (WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms) and social media marketing.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for social justice, mental health advocacy, and equitable healthcare access.
Experience in fundraising campaign development and donor engagement strategies.
Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally competent communication approaches.
Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
This is a volunteer position.

Description
We were established in 2020 to raise awareness about Covid 19 in our prisons. in that we began to expose other things.Like excessive use of force and lack of healthcare. We launched a two year project to put body cameras on corrections officers and I ma pleased to say that. As of May 1 of this year. All corrections officers will have them in Ohios prisons. We have several annual projects such as our fan project where we raise funds to distribute fans inside of Ohios prisons during the summer months. So far we have distributed 800 fans in 2 years. We also have our Christmas program where we provide Christmas for children with incarcerated parents. We have serves about 100 kids and 30 families in 2 years. Lastly we have our womens program POW Protect Our Women. That will help these women on their journey to freedmen and sobriety.
