Xcel Fuels Young People with Purpose by equipping them with purpose-driven opportunities for growth and success. Xcel is dedicated to empowering youth ages 13 to 25 to realize their fullest potential through a dynamic mentoring network that integrates transformative mentoring with mobile training units that facilitate hands-on learning experiences and foster the development of both hard and soft skills.

Description

Xcel has been providing youth in Palm Beach County mentoring services for over five years. Xcel has exceeded its expectation with providing mentees the essential life skills needed to be successful in their chosen path as they enter adulthood. Xcel has seen great growth in the mentees that are being mentored. Mentees are successfully completing probation, finishing high school, and entering post secondary education or entering the workforce with the help of Xcel’s partners and collaborations throughout the county. Our volunteer mentors have been an essential part of our success. We
continue to grow every year and always have mentees in need of that positive role model and person that can be their guidance and outlet in their life.
