About the Opportunity
The Foundation is pleased to launch its inaugural nationwide team of Lymphoma Research Foundation Community Liaisons and seeks oncology-focused medical professionals to connect patients with free resources. Oncologists, nurses, patient navigators, oncology social workers and all professionals closely connected to the lymphoma community are encouraged to join this important team.
Goal
This exclusive team of Community Liaisons will connect everyone impacted by a lymphoma diagnosis with free resources - disease-specific fact sheets, a peer Lymphoma Support Network, Financial Aid program, Stories of Hope, webcasts, Lymphoma Helpline and Clinical Trials Finder. The Foundation offers worldclass resources when patients and survivors need them the most and this new team will make sure resources are available at their location.
As a Lymphoma Community Liaison, you will:
- Serve as the Foundation’s representative within your healthcare institution
- Enjoy networking opportunities with oncology professionals nationwide
- Attend a 30-minute virtual training to become familiar with Foundation resources
- Ensure that Lymphoma Research Foundation materials are shared with survivors & care partners
- Provide feedback and check in with Foundation staff twice/annually
- Be fully supported by Foundation staff as we work to support the lymphoma community together
Optional:
- Connect Foundation staff to your institution’s communications team for possible collaboration and amplifying resources via social media
- Repost or share monthly social media messages via your personal social media (once/month)
- Share opportunities to give back and fundraise to support the Foundation’s mission
