Want to make a real difference in your community? Join SCCAP! For 60 years, we’ve been helping individuals and families in Adams and Franklin Counties achieve long-term stability. As part of a national network of community action agencies, we offer programs like shelters for those experiencing homelessness, food pantries, early childhood education, family coaching, and much more.
We’re also tackling important community issues like attainable housing, transportation, economic development, and food security. Volunteers are essential to our work, and we’d love for you to get involved. Your time and skills can make a lasting impact-help us change lives today!
