Tick tick bloom!
With the arrival of Spring, the Friends of Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens are starting up their monthly volunteer events, so join them on March 22nd to prepare for the season ahead! Whether removing invasive plants from ponds, cleaning up garbage, weeding flower beds, or maintaining trails, there's something for everyone to do!
Meet up by the park's entrance to check in starting at 8:30 AM (take the path leading from the parking lot). All equipment, supplies, and tools will be provided, but please come prepared for sun and the possibility of getting wet. Bringing water, snacks, and clothes you don't mind dirtying is highly recommended. Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Put the petal to the metal by signing up today, and don't forget to register with Friends of Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens to secure your spot and receive extra information. This event has limited space, so act fast!
See you in the gardens!
