Answer visitor questions regarding recreation opportunities, Explain reservation procedures to campers, Monitor the firewood sheds and report low inventory to the provider of services, Perform basic diagnosis and maintenance of issues with amenities (water, electric, plumbing, etc), Inform visitors of park rules, regulations, and policies, Collect comment cards and surveys, Relay complaints, compliance issues, overcrowding, and maintenance actions to Park Ranger staff, Assist campers with contacting local emergency services, Print Daily Arrival Reports and post them in the gatehouse, Check campers in and out in Recreation One Stop, Assist in routine maintenance of fee machines, and Be available to assist visitors/campers at all hours while on duty.
**Note: Duties are subject to change throughout the course of the season.**
Hours/Schedule: Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Required to be in the gatehouse from 12:00pm (noon) - 4:00pm but be available in the park for assisting guests as needed.
