What I Wish I Knew: Navigating Career Paths After Maternity Leave is a free community event designed to support and empower expectant mothers as they prepare for their transition back into the workforce. Hosted by Linked Family Services in partnership with Hillcrest Development & Consulting LLC, this event provides valuable insights, expert guidance, and essential resources to help mothers navigate the challenges of returning to work after childbirth.

Through engaging panel discussions, resource vendors, and networking opportunities, attendees will gain knowledge on workplace rights, postpartum health, childcare options, and career advancement strategies. Mothers will have the chance to hear from HR professionals, maternal health experts, doulas, and other working mothers who understand the complexities of balancing career and family life.

This event also highlights the importance of community support, offering free diapers, wipes, and other essentials to ensure that mothers have the resources they need during this critical transition. By fostering meaningful conversations and providing tangible support, What I Wish I Knew aims to empower mothers, advocate for better maternity leave policies, and build a stronger, more informed workforce of working parents.
