Center for Work Education and Employment provides essential resources for the participants, and we need assistance in providing those resources for the participants.

Professional Clothing Boutique Room: Help our participants dress for success by assisting in our professional clothing boutique. Volunteers will be sorting clothes, restocking inventory, and assisting participants as they shop.

The Center for Work Education and Employment (CWEE) is a non-profit that helps low-income families who are under or unemployed access workforce development, education and training, essential resources, mental health support, and transformative coaching to support economic mobility and growth.

Description

The Center for Work Education and Employment's program supports for low-income, career seeking parents through three key programs: Foundational, Wellness, and Employment and Education programming. In the Foundational phase, CWEE helps participants set goals related to housing, childcare, and transportation to ensure long-term employment stability. The Wellness component provides trauma-informed counseling and social-emotional learning to improve emotional regulation and stress management. The Employment and Education program offers personalized career readiness training, digital skills, job search support, and information on educational opportunities like college and trade programs.
