Role Overview

As a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in measuring the impact of Creshendo’s programs. You will collect, analyze, and report on data to ensure our initiatives are effectively supporting displaced populations. This volunteer role is remote and flexible, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals and students interested in humanitarian work, data analysis, and program evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement M&E frameworks to track program outcomes.

• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess program effectiveness.

• Create impact reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.

• Provide recommendations for improving program efficiency based on data insights.

• Support the team in designing surveys, interviews, and other data collection tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, or impact assessment.

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

• Background in social sciences, nonprofit management, public policy, or a related field is a plus.

• Availability to dedicate at least 5-8 hours per week.
