Dream Builders Foundation is seeking a dedicated Community Reentry Coordinator (Volunteer Position) to help support individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community.

About the Role: As the Community Reentry Coordinator, you will play a key role in mentorship, networking, and community outreach to help returning citizens find the support and resources they need to succeed. You will work closely with the Executive Director, attend meetings, build relationships, and help connect reentrants with services, job opportunities, and housing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with reentrants to provide guidance and mentorship

Network with local organizations, employers, and service providers

Obtain clients for Dream Builders Foundation to support

Attend meetings, events, and community forums on reentry-related topics

Advocate for reentrants and build partnerships with key stakeholders

Support program initiatives to improve resources and opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

Reentrant (preferred) or someone with lived experience in the justice system

Passionate about helping others rebuild their lives after incarceration

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable with networking, outreach, and community engagement

Located in Harrisburg, PA or surrounding counties
