Sustained funding is critical to keeping InReach’s free technology accessible to LGBTQ+ people in need. We’re looking for passionate Fundraising & Giving Campaigns Volunteers to help amplify and secure more donations and philanthropic support for two of InReach’s key campaigns:

  • 1M Lives by 2030 Campaign: A bold initiative to connect 1 million LGBTQ+ people with safe, affirming resources by 2030.
  • #TransMascFutures Campaign: A trans-led digital campaign highlighting positive stories from the diverse trans masculine community and increasing access to safe, verified resources through the free InReach platform.

Support the #TransMascFutures Campaign:

  • Identify and reach out to companies/brands interested in supporting trans justice through corporate sponsorship.
  • Assist in crafting sponsorship outreach materials and proposals.
  • Research corporate social responsibility (CSR) trends and potential partners in industries committed to LGBTQ+ equity.

General Fundraising Support:

  • Assist with maintaining InReach’s fundraising CRM, ensuring accurate donor records and tracking.
  • Draft email campaigns (using MailChimp) featuring key updates and calls to action to keep supporters informed and engaged.
  • Support donor outreach and stewardship efforts to strengthen relationships with InReach’s supporters.
  • Help track fundraising campaign performance and compile reports on key metrics.

  • Strong online research, writing, and project management skills.
  • Interest in donor engagement, corporate sponsorship, grant research, and nonprofit fundraising strategies.
  • Comfortable reaching out to individuals, companies, and foundations to secure funding and support for InReach’s campaigns.

  • Experience with MailChimp, CRM platforms, or fundraising tools (preferred but not required).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to track and organize fundraising data.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
