As a veteran, you understand the sacrifices and the bond that comes with serving our country. Now, you have the chance to give back to your fellow veterans in a deeply meaningful way.

Silverado Hospice has joined We Honor Veterans, a program of National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

We are seeking veterans to volunteer with our hospice team, offering companionship, support, and comfort to veteran patients in their final stages of life. Your service and experience make you the perfect person to provide camaraderie and understanding to those who have walked the same path.

Description

Our agency helps individuals and their families cope with a terminal diagnosis and end of life decisions. We provide RN's, LVN's, CNA's, Social workers, and Chaplain's, as well as volunteer services to help our patients and their families.
