Volunteers select one of 30 committees to work at the Kaulig Companies Championship, June 18-22, 2025, at Firestone Country Club. Each committee has different duties and times. Volunteers are provided with a description of each committee and select the area that most interests them. The specific skills depend on the committee selected, but the vast majority of committees do not require any special physical requirements other than being able to be outside for extended periods of time. The tournament provides umbrella shade for volunteers throughout the courrse.

Volunteers are asked to work a minimum of 2 half day shifts, or 1 full day shift. The volunteer registration fee of $80 includes a Kaulig Companies Championship Golf Shirt, hat, and credential. Volunteers also receive 2 weekly ground passes to provide to friends and family, breakfast and lunch every day worked, a coffee truck each morning, and a special treat after play. Finally, volunteers are also invited to a post event Volunteer Appreciation Party.

The proceeds of the Kaulig Companies Championship and Ambassador of Golf Event fund the Northern Ohio Golf Charities Foundation grant program. In 2024, the events combined to distribute $1.3 million to 64 local organizations.
