Womenful Voice is looking for a Volunteer Human Resource Compliance Manager to help us ensure that our human resources practices align with legal standards and best practices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience while contributing to our mission of empowering women.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR compliance programs.
- Help create and update HR policies in accordance with USA labor laws to ensure compliance
- Monitor changes in employment laws and suggest necessary updates to HR policies.
- Conduct audits of HR practices to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.
- Provide training support on compliance topics for staff and management.
- Collaborate with various teams to promote an inclusive and compliant workplace.
- Prepare reports related to HR compliance for internal review.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HR compliance and USA labor laws is preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for women's empowerment and community service.
- Availability to commit time flexibly based on project needs.
