LifeSmart Education is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Podcast Producer to help us develop, produce, and distribute our Grow Global podcast. This volunteer role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, audio production, and growing an audience through engaging content. The Podcast Producer will oversee the entire production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing and promotion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the overall vision and direction for the podcast.

• Plan and schedule podcast episodes, ensuring alignment with our mission and audience interests.

• Coordinate guest outreach, scheduling, and interviews.

• Record, edit, and produce high-quality audio content.

• Mix and master audio to enhance sound quality.

• Work with the team to develop episode scripts and show notes.

• Distribute episodes to our accredited Radio Station.

• Collaborate on marketing and promotional strategies to grow the podcast audience.

Qualifications:

• Experience in podcast production, audio editing, or related fields.

• Proficiency in audio editing like Filmora or Capcut

• Strong storytelling, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Passion for our mission and a commitment to creating meaningful content.

This is a 6-month minimum volunteer opportunity.
