BFM is seeking dedicated individuals with a passion for human resources and volunteer engagement to serve as Talent CoordinatorVolunteer. In this role, you will be assisting BFM's Talent Management team with recruiting, screening, and onboarding volunteers to support the growth of our ministry. This remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to use their HR and volunteer coordination skills to advance the Kingdom of God and make a lasting impact in the community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist BFM with recruiting, engaging, and onboarding volunteers for various BFM teams, programs, and initiatives.
Assist with screening and interviewing volunteer candidates to ensure the right fit for each role.
Assist with developing and implementing engagement activities and benefit programs for the BFM volunteer community.
Collaborate with the BFM team to identify volunteer needs and match candidates with suitable volunteer opportunity roles.
Ensure volunteers are well-integrated into the BFM community, providing ongoing support and recognition.
Work closely with the BFM’s Talent management team and volunteer leads to provide HR-related support and best practices.
Help with general administrative tasks related to talent management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in human resources, volunteer management, or a related field, particularly in recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with volunteers and team members.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of HR processes, including recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the BFM team.
Passion for BFM’s mission and a commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God.
TIME COMMITMENT & AVAILABILITY
This is a flexible, remote volunteer position that allows you to contribute based on your availability. However, we ask for a commitment of:
Minimum of 5-10 hours per week, depending on ongoing HR needs.
Availability for occasional virtual check-ins or team meetings as needed.
Willingness to work on deadline-driven tasks, especially for time-sensitive assignments.
We understand that schedules vary, and we will work with you to find a balance that aligns with your availability while ensuring the ministry’s work is up to date.
