Our litter cleanup volunteers (also known as Adopt-A-Spot volunteers) simply go out into Hampton and pick up trash! We provide you all of the materials, including litter pickup sticks (so that you don't need to bend down), trash bags, gloves, and safety vests. We also dispose of the trash for you after your cleanup. This opportunity is great for people of all ages and abilities. Litter Cleanups are particularly suited to students, because you can do cleanups anywhere, anytime- you can earn volunteer hours on your schedule! Litter Cleanups are also wonderful for groups, such as church groups, businesses, and social clubs, because they're a great way to socialize and build community while beautifying your city.
