This annual Walk is a fundraiser, with all funds raised staying in the Inland Empire to support special needs families with resources and events where they feel welcome and safe. The Walk offers something for everyone in the family to enjoy, including train and trolley rides, a Fun Zone, resource booths, vendors, cosplayers, food trucks, and much more. We hosted the Walk at the same venue last year, and it was an incredible experience!
Last year, we had 3,000 people in attendance and we anticipate the same turnout this year! To make this event truly unforgettable, we need volunteers to assist with setup, decorating, registration check-in, event support, and cleanup. Your help will make a meaningful impact on the special needs community!

Mission Statement
We create connections, empowering everyone in the Autism community with the resources needed to live fully. We take pride in creating a world where everyone in the Autism community is connected to the support they need, when they need it.
Description
Our organization is dedicated to supporting individuals with special needs and their families by offering resource toolkits and personalized guidance through our Resource Specialists. We foster inclusive spaces where families can feel comfortable and supported through a variety of in-person and online programs.
Additionally, we provide specialized training, including educating law enforcement and first responders on effective ways to interact with and de-escalate situations involving individuals with Autism. Currently, we are expanding our efforts to train ER hospital staff on how to best assist individuals with Autism during high-stress situations.
For the past six years, we have led a grant-funded initiative called CLASE, which focuses on increasing awareness and education about disabilities within the Latino Spanish-speaking community in the Inland Empire. Through CLASE, we empower 55 community members with training and resources, enabling them to educate and support the families they serve locally.
We are a well-rounded organization committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals today while advocating for lasting change for the future.
