National Junior Ranger Day at Chamizal National Memorial wouldn’t be complete without Chami! Bring our beloved mascot to life by volunteering as a mascot or mascot handler . If you love getting kids excited about their public lands and bringing energy to special events, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
️ Mascot - Wear the Chami costume, engage with visitors, and represent Chamizal!
✨ Mascot Handler - Guide Chami, ensure safe interactions, and help create unforgettable moments.
This is a great volunteer opportunity for a pair , but individuals are also welcome to apply! Volunteers can switch roles throughout Chami’s appearance as needed.
