Best Friends Animal Society in Houston will be returning to Bad Astronaut for the Houston Dog Expo happening on March 15th! We are excited to be bringing adoptable pets out to this event.
We are looking for volunteers to assist with:
-set-up the Best Friends space
-facilitating connections between potential adopters and pets looking for a new home
-connect with a new audience about the work Best Friends does in Houston -guiding guest through an engagement activity (ex. making rope toys, catnip knots)
-break down event space and safely load pets up for transport back to office
***dog high fives available upon request
