We are seeking one amazing leadership coach who has a strong interest in youth development, or creative youth. We need a leadership coach to work with our youth leaders - young people ages 18 to 21 who lead a team of young artists through the summer.
You will do group coaching mainly but we may encourage a few one-on-one sessions with our six or so youth leaders. Could be a mix of in person and online coaching. Most of the coaching will take place in June and July.

Mint Artists Guild helps to transform aspiring Detroit youth artists through education, exceptional engagement and experience, resulting in earning opportunities, skill-building, exposure, and mentoring. Mint launches creative careers and lasting connections. Mint also infuses the community with art and creative experiences, enhancing a collaborative, healthy and generous culture.
Description
Mint works with artists ages 13 to 23 on entrepreneurial, career and life skills, and gives them opportunities to sell their creative work. A summer jobs program, business workshops and online educational and informational resources are offered to young visual artists. In 2020, we launched the Metro Detroit Youth Arts Competition, a creative activity kit giveaway (of 5,500 kits) and in 2021, we launched leadership development training. This year, we are working on new internships and mosaic making and more. We need your help and support to continue our growth!
