About Keep Riverside Clean and Beautiful

Location:

3985 University Avenue, Riverside, CA 92501, US

Mission Statement

Our mission is to instill a sense of community pride by creating partnerships that work toward the beautification of the city. Since 1992, Keep Riverside Clean and Beautiful (KRCB) has managed an organized effort to recruit over 8,000 volunteers annually to transform public spaces into beautiful places. As a public-private partnership, the KRCB program inspires individuals to take responsibility through programs that advance the city beautification, quality of life, and the spirit of volunteerism in the City of Riverside.

Description

While in partnership with local government and private business, we remain strong year-round, building a sense of community pride with 29,913 volunteer hours organizing community beautification projects within the City of Riverside. We conduct monthly cleanups throughout the City of Riverside that includes litter removal, graffiti eradication, and planting greenery. We have other programs that we manage and coordinate including Adopt-A-Street, Adopt-An-Alley, and Love Your Neighborhood programs. If you are interested in doing a cleanup as an individual or as a group, we can coordinate it for you. Contact one of our project coordinators at 951-683-7100 or visit our website at www.krcb.com.
