Brookhaven Hospice is proud to partner with Rendever to provide virutal reality experiences to our patients and community partners.
We are looking for volunteers to spent time with patients and their families guiding them through the VR expeience. This expierence could include visiting their childhood home, sitting on a beach, swimming with the dolphins This allows the patient a safe "one last time" or to check visits off thier bucket list.
Volunteer would be expected to visit various nursing homes, assisted livings, and with patients living at home in th community.
Training will be provided on how to use the Virual Reality Systems.
