Are you wanting to Volunteer with people and Make new Friends? Consider becoming a Hospice Volunteer. This role is to provide Companionship to Hospice Patients in their home or nursing home to visit with them, such as watching TV, playing games, reading or polishing nails for/with the Hospice patient. If you are willing to Volunteer and learn more about Hospice, we have many programs. This is perfect for retired individuals, Stay at home parents, high school students (16 years+) or just someone that wants to give back. We offer flexibility to suite your schedule. Mission Statement

Our Mission: Our mission is to provide compassionate end-of-life care on an individual basis. Comforting Hands Hospice will provide palliative care for hospice patients with respect for race, gender, and spiritual preference. Our team of professionals will provide support for patients and families and ease the burden during their individual personal experiences. Comforting Hands will offer to facilitate the spiritual and emotional healing that can bring about a positive transition during the final days. Our medical director and clinical team will work with the patient’s primary physician to alleviate and manage the symptoms associated with a terminal illness.

Description

Our facility is the only locally owned and operated hospice in the Bartlesville, OK, area. As such, we hold ourselves to a higher standard. Our services are delivered in the patient’s home or nursing home. We strive to provide individualized, personalized, palliative care to every patient and support, empathy, and compassion to every family. Why US:
