Help protect our local waterways by joining the Storm Drain Marking initiative! Many people don't realize that anything entering a storm drain-such as litter, chemicals, or debris-flows directly into our rivers, lakes, and streams without being treated. By marking storm drains with educational messages, we raise awareness and prevent pollution from harming our environment.
This hands-on activity is a great way to make an immediate impact, promote clean water, and fulfill community service while working outdoors. All materials, including markers, adhesive, and safety gear, will be provided.
