ServiceSource is asking for your help! CARE Mobile, our mobile program that works with older adults and adults with disabilities, is seeking passionate and enthusiastic volunteers to help facilitate low-intensity strenghth exercise sessions for adults living in a community setting. This role requires your help in showcasing a low-intensity exercise routine to the participants; exercising alongside participants and encouraging them along; and breaking down equipments at the conclusion of the event.
