Become a mentor. Empower a teen mom. You can change her life, forever!
Caps & Cribs is a mentoring program that supports pregnant or parenting teens by connecting them with a woman like you.
You’ll meet once a week - in-person or virtually - and empower her to stay in school and plan for her future, all while raising a child.
Training and resources will be provided to help you connect with your teen mom while building a relationship of trust and confidence that will last a lifetime.
To begin the process of becoming a mentor, visit hmhbpbc.org/mentor to complete an online inquiry form.
