Google Ads Specialist

Awaken Pittsburgh is seeking a skilled volunteer to help us set up, optimize, and monitor our Google Ads to expand our reach and impact. If you have experience with Google Ads and a passion for mindfulness, social-emotional learning, and community well-being, we’d love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure Google Ads campaigns to align with our mission and programs
• Optimize ad copy, keywords, and targeting to maximize reach and effectiveness
• Monitor ad performance and provide insights on improvements
• Track and report on key metrics to measure success
• Provide guidance on best practices and potential growth opportunities

Qualifications:

• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Google Ad Grants experience is a plus!)
• Understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad optimization
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
• Passion for supporting mental health, mindfulness, and social-emotional well-being

Time Commitment:

• Flexible! We estimate 3-5 hours per week to start, with the potential to adjust based on needs and results.
