Kids Vision for Life St. Louis provides free vision services to children, including vision screenings, eye exams, and prescription eye-wear for elementary, middle, and high school students around the St. Louis area. Our vision is to give students with visual impairments in Title 1 schools free glasses in order to provide the best education possible.

We need volunteers to go with us to different schools in the area and conduct vision screenings. We train all volunteers on-site, so no previous experience is needed. We do screenings every day at a different school and typically have 2-4 volunteers a day. Volunteers will get the chance to make a difference in hundreds of children’s lives in just one screening day! Screenings typically go from 9 am-12 pm.

Once the screening is carried out, our optometrist provides eye exams to the kids who fail and give the students glasses at no cost to the families.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR HELP ON MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, & THURSDAYS!
