Looking for a fun and meaningful way to give back? We’re seeking volunteers to join us on a monthly basis for our Social Program activities, where you'll help make outings and events truly special for our Friends!
We host four exciting events each month, including:
- Men’s & Women’s Night Out - Weeknight outings from 6:00 - 8:00 PM
- FRIENDS Night Out - Weeknight group outings from 6:00 - 8:00 PM
- FRIENDS Day Out - A Saturday or Sunday adventure lasting 3 - 8 hours
Our events feature everything from sporting events and concerts to movie nights, holiday parties, pampering sessions, and more. If it’s fun, we’re doing it!
How You Can Help:
- Volunteer on a monthly basis-choose which events work best for your schedule
- Support participants and help make every outing a success
- Engage with our Friends, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience

FRIENDS of Broomfield is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through a variety of programs, including Day, Residential, Social & Travel, Supported Employment, and Behavioral Support services. Our mission is driven by advocacy, community education, and program development for an often overlooked and underserved population. Above all, our participants are at the heart of everything we do, and every program we offer is designed with their dreams and goals in mind. Nothing is out of reach for our Friends. Together, we explore possibilities and provide opportunities for growth.
