Join us at FRIENDS of Broomfield’s Day Program, where you can make a meaningful impact while having fun! Our program runs Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with engaging classes held daily from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.
Classes range from life skills to fitness and well-being, including cooking, Yoga, Self-Defense, Nutri-Fit By Natalie, and the Be Kind Club. We also offer just-for-fun activities like Fantasy Football, Detectives, and Aerial.
How You Can Help:

- Share your skills by leading a class
- Volunteer daily, weekly, or monthly-stay for one class or the whole day!

Description
FRIENDS of Broomfield is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through a variety of programs, including Day, Residential, Social & Travel, Supported Employment, and Behavioral Support services. Our mission is driven by advocacy, community education, and program development for an often overlooked and underserved population. Above all, our participants are at the heart of everything we do, and every program we offer is designed with their dreams and goals in mind. Nothing is out of reach for our Friends. Together, we explore possibilities and provide opportunities for growth.
