We are a nonprofit organization that provides after school and exchange programs. Our online coffee and tea shop supports fundraising for Expanding Boundaries programs. Every purchase and subscription drives meaningful change in the communities we serve.

We’re seeking a U.S.-based volunteer to serve as our Outreach and Subscription Growth Coordinator. This virtual role is focused on attracting buyers and growing our monthly subscriber base to amplify our mission and impact.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and subscriptions.
• Identify and connect with potential buyers through focused outreach efforts.
• Promote the benefits of subscribing to support a meaningful cause to expand our audience.
• Collaborate with our team to brainstorm innovative ideas to drive growth.
• Track and analyze outreach efforts to refine strategies and maximize results.

• Strong communication and marketing skills to engage and inspire potential buyers.
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities to craft effective outreach campaigns.
• Self-motivation, organization, and enthusiasm for supporting a powerful mission.
• Must be U.S.-based and able to work virtually in a volunteer capacity.
